David Woodward
I became interested in classical and electronic music in 1969, shortly after seeing 2001: A Space Odyssey for the first time.  In 1977, after several years of listening to only classical music, I heard Kraftwerk, Brian Eno, and the Talking Heads.  I haven't been the same since.  Now I divide my listening between late 19th/early 20th century European music and contemporary favorites: Saafi Brothers, The Orb, Steve Roach, etc.  I have been mixing music on my Denon DJ system for six years, and have recently taken my act on the road, playing art gallery openings, meditation sessions, cocktail parties, human sacrifices, etc. I dedicate my DJ work to my late wife Christina, who  passed away from breast cancer in 1997.
